Joe Graczak is an ASHI Full Member Inspector.  Joe has his civil engineering degree emphasizing reinforced concrete design and construction management from the University of Missouri and is President of Suburban Home Inspection Service, Inc.  Joe has been doing ASHI inspections since 1997 and provides a very specific , paragraph-style, written narrative report custom to the inspection and he provides it by the next business day.  Joe is very conscientious and "client service" oriented.
