Consultations on a specific item of concern can also be scheduled with a typical fee of $250, which includes the written report.
Re-inspections of specific items said to have been repaired as a result of the initial home inspection report can also be scheduled. This fee depends on if a written report or oral report is desired and how many items need to be verified. The typical range is $200 - $250.
Termite and Radon Services with reputable contractors can be scheduled.
NOTE: I believe the client gets a better service when a specialist provides these dedicated services and the home inspector does the ASHI home inspection with its observations and report (“the more eyes the better”). Typically, getting the dedicated specialists is about the same cost as when the home inspector does all the services.
